How God Teaches Us About Intelligence and Information

Have you ever wondered how our brains can understand the world? Or how we can learn something unconsciously, like recognizing a friend’s face even after years apart? Scientists are constantly trying to understand how intelligence works, and recently, they discovered an incredible concept: infomorphic neurons.

Infomorphic neurons are a new approach in artificial intelligence (AI) that mimics how our brains process information. In this model, information is not just passed from one point to another like in traditional AI networks, but it is also filtered and processed based on meaning and connections. This is similar to how we understand life events—not just as raw data, but as meaningful experiences that shape our understanding.

This reminds us of God’s word in Proverbs 2:6,

"For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding."

God created humans with an incredible ability to comprehend the world—not just as data-processing machines, but as beings who can learn, understand, and even create new things.

The discovery of infomorphic neurons also shows that information in our brains works in a synergistic and complementary way, rather than simply following mechanical calculations. This reflects how God designed the Church and the body of Christ: each part has a unique role, yet everything works together in unity. As written in 1 Corinthians 12:12,

"For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ."

Interestingly, research also shows that the most effective intelligence systems are not the ones that rely solely on rigid rules, but those that can adapt, learn, and grow. Isn’t this how God guides us? He doesn’t just give us a strict list of rules with no meaning but teaches us to grow in faith, understand His will, and live with wisdom (Romans 12:2).

So, as science advances, we see more and more of God’s incredible design. Our brains are not just computers, but something far more complex and beautiful—designed in a way that reflects God’s wisdom and love. Isn’t that amazing?
